Frost at 38 degrees
This frost caught my attention on October 4th since it was not supposed to be that cold that night.
According to weather records, the temperature only got down to 38 degrees.
The process that causes ice to freeze when the temperature is above freezing is called radiative cooling. Below is a video which talks about the process.
