Hand Exercise to reduce BP?
Started March 1st.

Options
- Hold – 2 minutes on one hand, switch to other hand for 2 minutes. Do this for a total of 12 to 16 minutes. 3 X/week.
- Hold – 2 minutes – rest for 4 minutes – do 2 times and then switch to other hand. 3x/week
- Some training lists 3 to 5 times per week.
