Doctor Oz – All His Recommendations

I’m going to consolidate all of Dr. Oz’s recommendations on this page. It could be a long list.


– Aspirin – baby – he recommends you check with your doctor first – 2 baby aspirin/day

– Calcium (600 mg) with magnesium (400 mg) and vitamin D (1,000 IU- Take dose with a full glass of water, 2 hours after eating. Calcium can block the absorption of other supplements and prescriptions, so be sure to take it separately.

– Fish oil with must contain 600 mgs of the DHA omega-3 fatty acid (note – my tablets have 274 mg/pill)

– Multi-vitamin – 1/day

– Vit D – 1000 IU


– Glucosamine sulfate (most important: 750 mg 2 times a day for at least 6 weeks),

– MSM (2-3 grams a day), and, if the arthritis is severe,

– Chondroitin (less important: 400 mg 3x day).

– Boswellia – 900-1,000 mg a day.

– Tumeric – Curcura domestica 1 to 2 grams/day

To Lose Weight:

Raspberry Ketone: Fat-Burner in a Bottle – 100 mg at breakfast, you can add another 100mg at lunch if you’re still having trouble (note-started 100mg on Oct. 23)  Other articles – 1,

Virgin Coconut Oil – people who used coconut oil consumed 60 fewer calories per day.  – 2T/day. Use in place of other fats. 16 oz cost around $9.

Pine Nuts – a shot glass full daily

Chia Seeds – Whole or Raw – 2T in water after breakfast and after lunch. $6/bag. It basically expands with water and fills you up.

Garcinia cambogia – you may lose 4 pounds per month. GCE – 50% HCA + potassium
1ooomg – 30 to 60 minutes before each meal.

White Tea – drink 2 cups per day – drink it hot – don’t add milk to any of the teas below.

Oolong Tea –  drink four cups per day

Yerba Mate – drink 1 cup withing 30 minutes of waking.Bitter.

– White Bean Extract – 1 tablet/day
– L-Arginine Supplement – 1 tablet/day
– Pickled Peppers  – eat in morning with eggs.
