Melatonin – 1 mg is Enough
I was watching a Dr. Oz show and he indicated that one should only take 1 mg of Melatonin a day.
TAKE 90 minutes before you go to bed – also only use for two weeks.
Older adults – 60 and older can try 1/2 mg /day as they might not be producing enough.
It’s more important for shift workers who are changing their schedule or people who are traveling and changing time zones.
It’s interesting that most pills are in the 3mg to 10 mg range.
