Green Tea for Belly Fat Loss

There have been a number of studies which indicate that Green Tea – espeiclly in higher doses seems to reduce belly fat and possibly overall fat in the body – especially when used with exercise. Since I’m not having very good results with South Beach, I’m going to try and add this to my health regime.

Feb 26 – starting with 3 cups/day.
